Meet Dr. Natalie Solis
Dr. Natalie Solis is passionate about helping her patients reduce pain, restore function, and get back to the activities that matter most to them. She believes the best results come from understanding the whole person, not just the area that hurts, and takes the time to listen, answer questions, and create personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals.
Dr. Natalie earned her Bachelor of Science from McMaster University before completing her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto. She has completed additional training in Medical Acupuncture and is committed to providing evidence-based, patient-centred care for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions from head to toe.
When she’s not in the clinic, she enjoys strength training, running, swimming, hiking, skiing, and trying new activities whenever she can. As someone who loves being active, she understands how frustrating it can be when pain gets in the way whether you’re training for a race, sitting at a desk all day, tweaked your back at the gym, chasing after young children, or simply trying to enjoy everyday life. That perspective helps her connect with patients from all walks of life and provide care that fits each person’s lifestyle and goals.
She created Momentum Spine & Health to provide a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their recovery. She believes that while healing may not always be linear, every step forward builds momentum toward living life with less pain and moving with confidence again.
